EAT! Bistro is one of only a dozen or so restaurants in Winnipeg that makes its own desserts. We don't get our desserts from Goodies or Sysco. All of our mini-cakes, mini-pies, pastries, cookies, parfaits and biscotti are made right here. But don't say you'll have something next time, the dessert showcase is always changing. If Chef Candace isn't feeling something, she doesn't make it.
